Help small businesses choose and set up the right technology — AI automation, cybersecurity, dashboards and Gelllez Automate — and deliver projects that return time, money or reduced risk.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with business owners to understand their goals, tools and problems
• Recommend practical solutions: automations, AI receptionist and contact center set-ups, security fixes and dashboards
• Set up and configure Gelllez Automate workflows and connected tools for clients
• Review security basics (accounts, backups, devices, access) and write plain-language fix lists
• Write clear scopes, timelines and handover notes, and keep clients updated

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, systems administration, business analysis or technology consulting
• Working knowledge of cloud tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and basic cybersecurity
• Able to explain technical ideas simply to non-technical business owners
• Organised, with experience managing small projects end to end
• Bonus: experience with automation tools, APIs, CRMs or data dashboards
