Terms of Use

By using Gelllez.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Informational content

Gelllez content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not professional financial, legal, medical, or safety advice. Consider your circumstances and consult an appropriate professional when a decision carries meaningful risk.

Products, prices, and availability

Product information can change. For products on other retailers' websites that Gelllez links to, Gelllez does not control inventory, pricing, warranties, shipping, returns, or product claims, so please confirm important details on the retailer's website before purchasing.

Buying from the Gelllez Shop

Items sold in the Gelllez Shop are sold by Gelllez. Prices are shown in Nigerian naira, and the delivery fee is shown before you pay. An order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable or a price was shown in error. Payments are processed by Paystack; Gelllez does not see or store your full card details. Delivery is explained on our Delivery page, and returns, cancellations and refunds on our Returns & Refunds page. Those pages form part of these terms.

Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links may generate a commission for Gelllez. See the Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original site text, design, and Gelllez branding may not be copied, republished, or sold without permission. Brief quotations with clear attribution and a link are welcome where permitted by law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, interfere with normal operation, or falsely represent an affiliation with Gelllez.

Disclaimer and limitation

The site is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gelllez is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content or third-party services.
