Editorial standards
The principles that govern how Gelllez develops useful, independent, and clearly labeled content.
Reader value comes first
Every article should help a reader understand a decision, compare meaningful tradeoffs, or take a practical next step. We do not publish pages solely to host affiliate links, repeat retailer descriptions, or chase search traffic without adding useful context.
Evidence and accuracy
We prefer primary and authoritative sources for consumer protection, standards, security, safety, and product-support facts. We distinguish facts from judgment, link sources where they materially support the guide, and state important limits. Prices, inventory, policies, and software support can change, so readers should verify time-sensitive details before acting.
Testing and research labels
Research-based guidance is not presented as hands-on testing. When Gelllez later conducts original testing, the article will explain what was tested, for how long, under what conditions, and what was not evaluated. We do not invent scores, user experiences, quotations, credentials, or product ownership.
Commercial relationships
Affiliate links are labeled and use appropriate sponsored-link attributes. A commercial relationship does not purchase coverage or determine an editorial conclusion. We may earn a commission when a reader buys through an eligible link, at no additional cost to the reader. See the affiliate disclosure.
Corrections and updates
Guides display publication and update dates. Material errors are corrected as soon as reasonably possible; meaningful changes may be noted in the article. Readers can report a suspected error with the page URL and supporting information to support@gelllez.com.
Editorial ownership
Current buying guides are published by the Gelllez Editorial Team. Our complete working process is available in the review methodology.
